Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled 02 Residential Journeyman Electrician to join our team. This role is primarily residential service and installation work including panel upgrades, generators, hot tubs, EV chargers, lighting, and troubleshooting.
You must be comfortable working independently, communicating with customers, and producing clean, professional work.
Schedule
- Must be available to work Saturdays
- Currently a standard 5 day work week
Pay
- Base pay: $30 per hour
- Up to $45 per hour with performance based bonuses
- Performance based pay
Responsibilities
- Perform residential electrical installations and service work
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues
- Complete panel upgrades, circuits, and device installs
- Communicate clearly with customers on site
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow all applicable electrical codes and safety standards
Requirements
- Washington 02 Residential Journeyman License (required)
- Idaho Electrical License preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Good communication and professionalism
