Whether you’re a brand-new assistant or a seasoned DA, what matters most here is your character and attitude.
What You’ll Do
(We will train all skills — you just bring the mindset.)
- Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures
- Prepare and set up rooms for patient appointments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile environment
- Greet and support patients with warmth and empathy
- Take digital X-rays (training provided)
- Learn advanced procedures (restorative, implants, surgical assistance)
- Help ensure our patient journey remains smooth and five-star
- Support teammates across the office when needed
If you’re new to dentistry, we will train you through our structured onboarding system and mentorship program.
If you’re experienced, we will help elevate your skills to the next level.

QualificationsRequired:
- A positive, humble, coachable attitude
- Strong communication and people skills
- Desire to learn and grow
- Reliability and professionalism
Preferred but NOT required:
- Dental assisting experience
- X-ray certification (we will help you obtain this if needed)
