Promote safety awareness and practice safe work
Perform other normal housekeeping and cleaning duties as assigned
Provide guests with service that anticipates their needs
Guest requests that cannot be personally performed by the associate are immediately referred to the department supervisor or manager
Responsible for removing trash and linen from guest floors
Vacuuming and cleaning of guest floors
Stocking amenities, linen, and terry on guest floors
Able to lift 25 lbs
Good customer service skills. Must be able to walk, stand, and lift.
Job Requirements:
1+ years of experience in a branded, quality hotel preferred
Multi-task and detail-oriented
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, a team player
Acceptable oral, verbal, and written communication skills
Problem Solver - Skilled in handling guests issues and resolving them
Professional Appearance and excellent attendance and punctuality
Will be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Cross trained in laundry operations
Able to push, stand, stoop, bend, and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. repetitively during entire shift
Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
