Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to support large-scale aviation infrastructure programs, including the JFK Airport Redevelopment Program. This role will drive critical path analysis, resource-loaded scheduling, and time impact evaluations for complex transit, airside, and facility projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and analyze resource- and cost-loaded master schedules in Primavera P6.
- Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) analyses, Time Impact Analyses (TIA), and Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Review contractor baseline schedules and monthly updates for contract compliance and logic integrity.
- Coordinate directly with agency project managers, resident engineers, and airfield/transit operations to align schedule logic with field conditions.
- Prepare executive dashboards and monthly schedule variance reports.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of scheduling experience on large-scale infrastructure projects (Aviation, Transit, Highways).
- Agency Track Record: Direct experience working on Port Authority of NY & NJ (PANYNJ), MTA, or major airport redevelopment projects strongly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6; familiarity with LiveLink, Trimble, or PMIS platforms.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Finance, or equivalent industry experience.
