We are seeking a motivated and energetic Part Time Gym Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with members and guests, promoting gym services, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop sales, customer service, and merchandising skills within a dynamic fitness environment. The Gym Rep will play a key role in fostering member satisfaction and supporting daily operations.

Duties
- Greet members and guests warmly, providing exceptional customer service
- Assist with selling memberships and retail products
- Assist members with equipment instruction
- Manage POS transactions accurately
- Uphold phone etiquette when answering inquiries or account changes over the phone
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all members
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Demonstrated ability in selling gym services and merchandising techniques
- Ability to perform cashiering duties accurately and efficiently
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly attitude
