Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails with quality customer service and professionalism
- Troubleshooting maintenance issues
- Assigning out unresolved service issue
- Coordination with vendors to ensure timely resolutions
- Interacting with owners and residents
- Maintaining and updating our workflow standard process
- Ensuring compliance for homeowner’s associations
- Working with accounts receivable and payable
- Working with financial reporting
- Inspection of properties for damage

Wages
- Team members with limited experience can make $13-15 per hour plus benefits. Those with more extensive experience can make even more.
- This position could evolve into a supervisor or manager position.
