What You'll Do as a Delivery Driver
- Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers. Deliver each package with care – as you would want it delivered to you!
- Build a consistently safe professional driving record while operating a company provided vehicle, and deliver in varying weather conditions.
- Stay active delivering 200 or more packages ranging from envelopes to boxes weighing up to 50lbs, and getting in and out of a van up to 200+ times per day.
- Be comfortable navigating stairs while delivering packages.
- Work 2-4 days per week and up to 10 hours per day with shifts available seven days a week. Weekend work is required.
- Interact with Amazon customers and the public in a professional and positive manner
- Use hand held device for pre-planned routing information.
What You'll Need as a Delivery Driver
- Must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must have a valid (non-provisional) driver's license within the state of Maryland
- Maintain a safe driving record, obey all applicable traffic laws, and drive in accordance with weather/road conditions
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
- DOT Certification Preferred

Schedule
- Current shift: start times between 9:30-11:00, 10 hour shifts
- Shifts are available 361 days a year (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day and Independence Day).
- Required to work one weekend day per week
- Average 20-40 hours per week (2-4 days per week)

Note that while our station is based in Hanover, we deliver to Montgomery County, Baltimore County, and Baltimore City.
