Pat’e Palo Bar & Grill is a family-owned restaurant in the heart of Dyckman, and we’re looking for the right person to become an important part of our team.
We’ve poured a lot into this restaurant, and we’re looking for someone who will care about its success as much as we do. Someone with a strong personality, discipline, heart and a genuine passion for hospitality.
We don’t want someone who simply clocks in and clocks out. We want a leader who gets to know the staff and our customers, takes pride in the restaurant, brings fresh ideas and isn’t afraid to take initiative.
What You’ll Do
- Help lead the day-to-day restaurant and bar operations
- Motivate, support and hold our team accountable
- Make sure guests feel welcomed and taken care of
- Help with scheduling, organization and staff management
- Step in and solve problems when they arise
- Build relationships with our customers and community
- Bring creative ideas for events, promotions and increasing business
- Work directly with ownership to help Pat’e Palo continue to grow
Who We’re Looking For
Someone confident, warm, dependable and disciplined who knows how to lead while still treating people with respect.
Restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred, and experience with sales, marketing, nightlife, events or promotions is a big plus.
Most importantly, we want someone who takes ownership, brings good energy and genuinely wants to see the business succeed.
Pay & Growth
Starting salary is approximately $35,000 per year, plus monthly or quarterly performance bonuses tied to agreed-upon sales growth and restaurant goals.
