Somos una empresa familiar , literalmente empezamos limpiando casas nosotros mismos, antes de contratar a alguien. Por eso construimos Cleana para que quien trabaje con nosotros se sienta respaldado, no solo utilizado.
Cada mañana arrancamos juntos con café, repasamos el día, escuchamos cómo va todo, y te contamos sin secretos cómo vamos en ventas y presupuesto. En el terreno, no te dejamos solo , te acompañamos y te entrenamos personalmente.
Lo que ofrecemos:
- $18-$20/hora, según experiencia
- Empleo formal W2

Cleana (Cleaning Central LLC) is looking for 2 house cleaners to join our team in Orange County.
We're a family business , we literally started by cleaning houses ourselves, before we ever hired anyone. That's why we built Cleana so that whoever works with us feels supported, not just used.
Every morning we start together with coffee, go over the day, check in on how things are going, and share where we stand on sales and budget , no secrets. Out in the field, we don't leave you on your own , we're there with you, training you personally.
What we offer:
- $18-$20/hour, based on experience
- Formal W2 employment
- We provide the car and all supplies — you don't have to bring anything
