We are looking for a Cell Phones, Tablets and Computer Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for repairing mobile devices like cellphones and tables, laptops (PC and MAC), perform sales and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Repair cellphones, tablets and laptops
- Customer Service
- Sales Person
- Use diagnostic tools to test devices and determine the issues
- Provide fast and good quality repairs to customers
- Apple and Android mobile device repair
- Ability to follow directions and specific process steps to ensure quality workmanship
- Demonstrate a high level of motivation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
