This is a full-time role for a Mandarin-speaking Sales Associate at Howard Hanna NYC. The Sales Associate will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, assisting clients in buying and selling real estate, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process.
Due to the needs of our growing Mandarin-speaking client base and international buyers, this role requires fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English to effectively communicate with clients and support transactions.

Located in Midtown West and in a Class A building that is convenient to all transportation lines, Howard Hanna NYC Real Estate is a team of motivated and client-oriented professionals who are dedicated to elevating the standards of the industry. Compensation is based on commission.
Duties
- Assist Mandarin speaking clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process
- Conduct market research and staying informed on local real estate trends
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings effectively
- Understand client needs and advise on appropriate property options
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers to secure favorable terms for clients and guiding clients through the transaction process
- Ensure smooth and successful closings
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and local market trends to ensure compliance and informed decision-making
- Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, tracking client interactions, and organizing property documents with precision
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and clear communication skills, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
Experience
- Valid real estate license in accordance with local licensing requirements
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or property management within a real estate environment
- Demonstrated fluency in Mandarin and negotiation skills that lead to successful deal closures
- Familiarity with marketing techniques specific to real estate listings and brand promotion
- Strong organizational skills complemented by administrative experience in real estate or related fields
- Knowledge of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and property management best practices is essential for compliance and ethical practice
Pay: $50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
