BASIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform the functions of a slot floor person on a daily basis- Front-line supervision of slot floor person.
- Hold slot floor person accountable for patrolling work zones.
- Promotes Teamwork across all departments.
- Train slot floor people on new technology/expectations.
- Level of authority for JP overrides and sign-offs.
- Research ticket information within the Oasis System and slot machine tracking log.
- Research promotional credit transactions within the Oasis System and slot machine tracking log.
- Understands all detail visible on a slot machine’s compass unit.
- Reports to Gaming Ops Supervisor/Shift Managers.
- Clears currency jams in slot bill acceptors.
- Performs general machine maintenance and ticket fills.
- Pays and/or verifies hand-paid slot jackpots.
- Answers guests' questions relating to slot machine pay tables and property promotions and events.
Other duties as assigned by management
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION):
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic math skills
- Mississippi Gaming License Required.
- Must be at least 21 of age.
