As an office supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient implementation of all Regional Operations Center (RDC) administrative functions.
Key responsibilities:

Supervise and support an administrative support team.

Work with management to ensure all safety training, documentation and postings are completed and maintained.
- Ensure all incidents and publications are communicated and posted appropriately.

Responsible for customer service in operational issues.

Support order management, records management and develop budgets.

Maintain SOX key warehouse controls with direction from RDC and financial management.

Facilitate the generation of reports, maintenance logs and assist with maintaining metrics.

Participate in other projects as assigned.

High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
- At least 5 years related experience.

Knows the principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have computer literacy in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Some experience with general office applications such as FAX and EDI.
- Prefer experience using SAP including using queries.
