1. Position Overview
- Primary Objective: To drive revenue growth by elevating brand visibility within the distributor network (ASI/PPAI), managing the product launch, and developing digital and physical marketing tools that empower the sales force.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Proactively engage with distributors and key accounts to
develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships.
- Presentations & Training: Lead both in-person and virtual presentations to showcase new
product launches, seasonal collections, and specialized product offerings to distributor
sales teams.
- Channel Marketing (B2B): Develop and execute strategies to increase "mindshare" among
major distributors (e.g.,Jack Nadel , Proforma , HALO, BDA, Geiger).
- Product Launches: Overhaul the "Go-to-Market" process for new seasonal inventory,
including catalog production, photography, and sample kit programs.
- Quote & Project Support: Actively contribute to large project quote requests, providing
marketing collateral or creative concepts to help win high-value contracts.
- Custom Quote Monitoring: Monitor and analyze custom quotes from customers to identify
emerging product trends, pricing gaps, or opportunities for new catalog additions.
- Digital Presence: Manage the company’s website and industry-specific platforms like ESP,
SAGE, and Commonsku.
- Content & Creative: Oversee the creation of "self-promo" campaigns, email marketing, and social media content that showcases product utility.
- Event Management: Lead the strategy for major industry trade shows (PPAI Expo, ASI
Show) including booth design, lead generation, and post-show follow-up.
- Market Intelligence: Track industry trends (e.g., eco-friendly materials, retail-brand
crossovers) to influence future product development.
3. Required Qualifications & Skills
- Industry Experience: 5+ years in the Promotional Products industry (Supplier side
preferred). Deep understanding of the Supplier-Distributor-End User relationship.
- Public Speaking: Proven ability to present confidently and persuasively to large groups, both in a digital webinar format and face-to-face.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency with industry tools (SAGE/ESP) and standard marketing
stacks (HubSpot/Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics).
- Communication: Exceptional copywriting and verbal skills—the ability to turn product
specs into compelling brand stories.
