Gordon Brush Mfg. Co., Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Representative who will function within the Accounting Department. Must be self-driven, able to multitask, and maintain a positive attitude.

- Strong integrity, able to maintain highly confidential information

- Above average computer proficiency includes Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Thorough understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Ability to quickly learn new software applications including our ERP system, Expandable Software
- Clear and professional written and verbal skills
Principal Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily operations in the accounting department, including AP, AR, collections, and
monthly closing, etc.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, banking contacts and various other professionals
- Make recommendations to implement improved processes
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Additional Qualifications:
- 2-4 years’ accounting experience in a business-to-business environment with a documented track record of success
- A bachelor's degree in accounting is preferred, but not required
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Punctual, dependable, and reliable
- Ability to work in a team-fostered environment
