Residential Painter (Apprentice → Foreman Growth Opportunity)

We’re a growing residential painting company looking for reliable painters who take pride in their work.
Whether you already have experience or are looking to learn the trade, we’re hiring someone who wants to build real skills and eventually step into a leadership role.
Our goal is to train the right person to grow through our system:
Apprentice → Journeyman → Foreman

What We Do
We specialize in high-quality residential painting, including:
- New construction homes
- Custom homes
- Repaints
- Interior and exterior work

Responsibilities
- Prep work (masking, sanding, patching, priming)
- Rolling, brushing, and spray application
- Keeping jobsites clean and organized
- Working efficiently with a crew
- Maintaining high quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- Shows up on time and works hard
- Takes pride in clean, detailed work
- Positive attitude and team player
- Willing to learn and improve
- Someone who can grow into a crew leader or foreman
Experience in painting or construction is helpful but not required for the right person.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to get to work every day and on time
- A working phone for communication with the team
- Comfortable working on ladders
- Able to handle paint buckets, tools, and normal jobsite materials
- Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions
Pay
$17 – $22 per hour depending on experience
Opportunities for raises as skills develop. Journeyman and foreman positions earn higher pay.

Schedule
Typical work schedule:
Monday – Friday
Start around 7:30-8 AM
