We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in pizza preparation, managing wood fired oven, and safety.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food service areas.
- Ensure proper food handling and storage practices are followed to maintain food safety.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
- Support the dietary department by preparing meals that meet specific dietary needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a cook in the food industry or food service environment.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and meal preparation methods.
- Familiarity with dietary aide practices is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy kitchen.
