Gateway Regional Medical Center is looking for a Clinic Office Coordinator to keep our Gateway Medical Group clinic running smoothly. You'll oversee front-office operations, scheduling, patient registration, and medical record accuracy - serving as a key point of contact for patients, providers, and staff alike. This is a role for someone who's organized, personable, and energized by solving problems and keeping a busy office on track.

What You'll Do

Administer, direct, and coordinate clerical and administrative activities within the clinic

Oversee front-office workflows, scheduling, and patient registration

Maintain accurate medical records and ensure smooth communication across the clinic

Support clinical staff and providers to keep daily operations efficient

Serve as a resource for resolving operational issues and upholding regulatory standards
What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of college preferred

Coursework in medical terminology and healthcare office management preferred

Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)

Willingness to complete Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) training within 1 month of hire

One year of experience in an office or medically related environment

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across the care team
