Job Description:
Position is responsible for preparing, operating and maintaining a silk screen printing press to produce high-quality products.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
*1. Reads work orders and gathers all products necessary to print complete job accurately
2. Mounts and adjusts screens on the press, loads product and manually prints products
3. Ensures product and design meets customer job orders exactly
4. Monitors and corrects any problems that may occur during the printing run to minimize downtime, waste and errors
5. Conducts routine quality check for any printing imperfections during each run*
6. Ensures quality personnel have all documents necessary prior to printing the job
7. Makes sure each job is complete before tearing down station
8. Performs preventative maintenance, conducts minor repairs and reports any mechanical defects to supervisor on equipment
Minimum requirements
- Must be able to read/write our work orders: must be able to put files and records in order alphabetically.
- Must know basic math (i.e. add simple numbers, multiply by dozens).
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work overtime as required.
- Must maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Must maintain a positive professional working relationship with customers, co-workers, and suppliers.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision in a team-oriented work environment.
Abilities required
- Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs. at times.
- Must be able to stand on feet for entire shift.
- Must be able to bend, turn and move about work space transporting small and large items.
- Must have 20/20 vision (corrective lenses are acceptable).
- Must be able to identify all colors accurately.

Wages: Hourly based on experience.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
