Job Summary
We are seeking an Administrator Assistant for a contract/temporary opportunity in Las Vegas, NV. This onsite administrative role is ideal for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who enjoys being the first point of contact, supporting members and consumers, managing data, and keeping projects organized.
This opportunity offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, a collaborative and service-focused environment, and the potential to become long term or permanent for the right candidate. The team values accuracy, professionalism, positive communication, and strong follow-through. Candidates who enjoy customer service, administrative coordination, data entry, and working with multiple internal and external stakeholders will be well positioned for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for current and prospective members and consumers.
- Respond professionally to telephone and email inquiries while providing accurate information and support.
- Complete data entry, auditing, and report generation using association and learning management platforms.
- Support department administrative needs, including supply ordering, collateral ordering, mailings, and general coordination.
- Stay informed on activities, policies, and services to assist with inquiries, special projects, and team initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour.
- Job type: Contract/temporary, with potential to become long term or permanent for the right candidate.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 3:30pm.
