Job description:
An SFX Travel Specialist will provide top customer support for all customer inquiries and reservations over the phone and through email. We are a high volume, fast paced call center that is looking for experienced agents who have proven sales ability. This individual will also have excellent communication and customer service skills and will respond in a professional manner.

Essential Job Functions
- Respond to customer inquiries and reservations over the phone and through email in a timely and professional manner
- Dependability
- Make outbound phone calls and follow-up in a timely manner.
- Sell vacation experiences
- Document all records with required information.
- Develops strong product knowledge through self-learning and utilizing multiple resources effectively.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Bilingual (English and Spanish is preferred)
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Sales experience is a plus
- Knowledge and understanding of the Travel Industry
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
- Possesses and utilizes strong verbal communication skills while navigating systems
- Enjoys a dynamic organization and helps drive/support change.
- Possesses the ability to learn quickly and apply new information; open to change; sense of urgency.

Education:
- High School or GED required.
- 2-year Associate or 4-year Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
