Your Impact
- Supervise warehouse operations and ensure proper material handling processes are followed
- Monitor employee productivity and quality of work, providing coaching and corrective action as needed
- Ensure FIFO inventory practices are utilized and inventory levels are maintained accurately
- Provide training , tools, and support to employees to ensure successful performance
- Maintain housekeeping standards and enforce safety and compliance protocols
- Plan and schedule distribution services including receiving, storing, shipping, and administrative activities
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams to meet goals and resolve issues
- Ensure accurate billing , invoicing, and documentation in compliance with company standards
- Assist in the disposition of obsolete materials and optimize space utilization
- Stay current on part changes and operating procedures within assigned areas
- Foster a respectful and professional work environment built on clear communication
