We are looking for a motivated Service BDC Representative to help turn our service drive into sales, trades, and vehicle acquisition opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Review daily service appointments for potential trade and purchase opportunities
- Contact customers by phone, text, and email
- Offer vehicle appraisals and upgrade opportunities
- Set appointments for customers interested in selling or trading their vehicle
- Work closely with Sales, Service, and Used Car Managers
- Track leads, appointments, trades, and deals in the CRM
- Follow up with customers to maximize opportunities
What We're Looking For
- No car sales experience required
- Automotive or car sales experience is a plus, but not necessary
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with customers
- Organized with strong follow-up skills
- Motivated and goal-oriented
Schedule & Pay
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
Hourly Pay + Commission
