Dr. Jordan Vaughn, a medical doctor and engineer, recognised a gap between the diagnostic side of traditional medicine and the treatment options available to patients. He founded MedWell to help bridge that gap by combining traditional medicine with innovative, research-backed treatment options. MedWell is part of MedHelp, a Birmingham-based healthcare system that has been serving the community for more than 40 years.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Administer IV therapies and injections
- Assist with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)
- Deliver and support SoftWave Therapy
- Assist with EBOO/ Ozone Therapy and other advanced wellness treatments
- Educate patients about treatment plans and wellness strategies
- Monitor patient progress and celebrate their recovery journey
- Provide exceptional patient care and build lasting patient relationships
- Collaborate closely with physicians and our clinical team
- Help us continually improve the patient experience

QUALIFICATIONS
- Active Alabama RN License
- Ability to perform IV infusions on difficult veins
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to collaborate in a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
