Small World Learning Center is seeking a passionate, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our team as the Center Director of our Spring Park location. This opportunity comes as part of an exciting center transition, and we are looking for someone who is ready to help lead a team, support families, and create an exceptional experience for children.
Previous Director experience is not required. We believe great leaders can come from many backgrounds, and we are committed to providing hands-on training and mentorship to help the right candidate succeed.
Anticipated Start Date: August 1, 2026

What You'll Do
- Support and lead a team of teachers
- Foster a positive culture for children, families, and staff
- Ensure compliance with licensing requirements
- Assist with staffing, enrollment, and daily operations
- Build strong relationships with families
- Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
