Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our bustling dining establishment. Duties
- Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management
- Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food and beverage costs using systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Train, develop, and motivate team members through effective onboarding, ongoing coaching, and performance evaluations
- Manage shift schedules, monitor customer service quality, and resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling procedures and end-of-day reconciliation
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to oversee food production, quality control, and timely service in both casual dining and fine dining environments
Experience
- Proven management experience in a fast food or quick service restaurant environment with supervising responsibilities
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food handling safety protocols
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking
- Strong background in inventory control, budgeting, and cost management within the food industry
- Experience in hospitality management settings such as casual dining, fine dining, catering or hotel restaurants is highly desirable
- Demonstrated leadership skills in staff training & development, team management, and interviewing candidates
- Prior experience managing kitchen operations or overseeing food production is a plus
