We are a growing real estate company involved in:
- House flipping
- Direct-to-seller acquisitions
- Residential brokerage
- New construction
- Real estate development
- Private capital raising
We're looking for an ambitious person who wants to become a well-rounded real estate operator—not just an agent.
What You'll Do
Initially, you'll assist with:
- Listing management
- Property showings
- Buyer and seller communication
- Market research and property analysis
- Photography coordination
- Property walkthroughs
- General project support
Over time, you'll take ownership of:
- Retail listings (both company projects and outside clients)
- Buyer representation
- Transaction management
- Client relationships
As your skills grow, you'll also be trained in:
- Real estate investing
- Deal analysis
- House flipping
- Acquisitions
- Negotiation
- Capital raising
- Development fundamentals
The long-term goal is to help you become a highly capable real estate professional with a deep understanding of both brokerage and investing.
Real Estate License
If you are not currently licensed, we are willing to help the right person obtain their Georgia real estate license.
A license is not required to apply, but you must be willing to pursue one.
Experience
Prior real estate experience is a plus, but it is not required.

Compensation
Compensation will evolve with responsibilities and may include commissions, project-based opportunities, and additional growth opportunities as the company expands.
