Responsibilities
- Perform flooring installation and tile laying with precision and attention to detail.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute projects accurately.
- Conduct restoration work, including water damage restoration and remodeling projects.
- Install fixtures, cabinets, and trim carpentry elements as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met efficiently.
- Apply caulking and perform concrete finishing as needed for project completion.
- Provide floor care services, including buffing and maintenance of installed surfaces.
Skills
- Proficient in construction estimating and project planning.
- Strong experience in flooring installation, tile laying, and general construction practices.
- Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety measures.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and performing carpentry tasks.
- Knowledgeable in water damage restoration techniques and the restoration industry.
- Experience in fixture installation, cabinet installation, caulking, and trim carpentry.
- Competent in construction painting and concrete finishing processes.
