Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments.
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy services.
- Facilitate addiction recovery and relapse prevention programmes.
- Deliver crisis intervention services when needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and treatment teams.
- Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning meetings.
- Support discharge planning and continuity of care initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counselling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Active Kentucky License as one of the following:
- LCSW
- LPCC
- LMFT
- Minimum three years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Mental Health
- Behavioural Health
- Addiction Recovery
- Substance Use Treatment
- Strong assessment, counselling, and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Residential Treatment Experience
- Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment Experience
- Crisis Intervention Experience
- CBT and Other Evidence-Based Treatment Modalities
- Case Management Experience
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Onsite in Owensboro, KY
- Shared On-Call Rotation
- Occasional Evening and Weekend Coverage as Needed
