Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, recreation management, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in program management, preferably in youth development, education, or community services
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience, including staff recruitment, training, and performance management
Demonstrated experience in program planning, implementation, and evaluation
Strong knowledge of child development, youth engagement strategies, and behavior management
Ability to manage multiple sites or programs simultaneously
Must meet all state licensing and regulatory requirements (e.g., DECAL in Georgia)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and occasional weekends
