- Must possess at least 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management - Maximo upgrade, business application requirement and Design mgmt.
- Experience in end to end project delivery primarily for IBM Maximo 7.x upgrade
- Very strong in business communication in a multi stakeholder environment especially managing third party vendors, consulting with users to understand needs, define requirements, and provide effective solutions.
- Strong understanding of the SDLC processes including agile development
- Experience with electrical distribution and transmission utility domain related business processes.
- Experience in integration design/testing for Maximo suite.
- Knowledge of current Maximo 7.x versions, Maximo GIS/spatial.
- Report status and communicate risks to stakeholders
- Ability to work both as a team member, or independently on complex tasks, to maintain project timelines, budgets, and deliver on commitments.
- Experience with general data manipulation/automation with Maximo or database extract/translate/load tools.
- Lead technical discussions with business stakeholders and provide best practice solutions for Maximo Asset Management.
- Work with technical lead and subject matter experts to ensure project timelines
- Guide Maximo technical team towards correct solution.
- Ensure process compliance on Maximo development processes.
- Responsible for Maximo installations, configurations, upgrade.
- Responsible for Maximo Web sphere administration.
