The Entry Level Sales Agent will drive sales by encouraging customers to have meaningful sales conversations about their daily needs.
As an Entry Level Sales Agent, you’ll establish yourself as the local sales agent on Kinetic Fiber, helping our customers make informed decisions about their connectivity. The Entry Level Sales Agent will also connect with our customers to provide expert insights on how Kinetic Fiber compares to other options.
Core Functions of the Entry Level Sales Agent
- Demonstrate how Kinetic Fiber supports customer demands and present offers based on customer needs.
- Increase sales effectiveness by proactively identifying customers seeking greater internet reliability and overall value.
- Lead sales discussions that translate customer challenges into tailored connectivity recommendations without overwhelming technical language.
- Assist customers through the enrollment journey by simplifying service options and ensuring a seamless transition to Kinetic Fiber.
- Create memorable customer experiences by providing responsive guidance and maintaining professionalism throughout every sales interaction.
- Drive long-term sales success by building trust-based relationships that encourage repeat business and community referrals.
