Assistant Superintendent – Construction
Location: Greater Boston Area (Projects across North, South, and West regions)
Salary: Up to $130,000 (based on experience)

Due to continued growth, they are actively looking to add Assistant Superintendents to their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Superintendent in managing day-to-day field operations
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and site logistics
Help maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met
Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized job site
Assist with quality control and ensure work is performed to specifications
Communicate effectively with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years of field experience with a General Contractor
Experience supporting construction projects in a field-based role
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
