American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a GI Lab position requiring a minimum of 2 years of specialty experience and proficiency across a wide range of GI and pulmonary interventional procedures.

10-hour day shifts, scheduled Monday–Friday from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
-
4 shifts per week on a 13-week contract
-
Approximately 2 weekends and 4–5 weeknights within every 8–9 week schedule; weekend shifts are call-only

No on-call obligations outside of weekend call shifts

GI Lab unit performing a broad range of GI and pulmonary interventional procedures including colonoscopies, EGD, bronchoscopies, feeding tube placement, ERCP, EBUS, GI bleeds, Flex Sig, foreign body retrieval, navigation bronchoscopy, variceal banding, Bravo manometry, and capsule endoscopy

Active GA RN license or a Compact RN license currently in hand

Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications (must not be expired)

Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience in GI/Endoscopy

Driver's License required for consideration

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have taken at least a 2-year break from the facility

Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront — requests cannot be made after an offer is extended

All compliance and credentialing must be fully completed prior to the start date
