We're seeking a Maintenance Technician to help us maintain, troubleshoot, and improve our equipment and facility operations.
What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient operation of our manufacturing equipment. You'll perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and support machinery setup in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment (mechanical and minor electrical)
- Perform preventive maintenance and ensure safe machine operation
- Assist with machinery setup and new equipment installations
- Maintain accurate maintenance records
- Perform light facility maintenance and upkeep
- Collaborate with production to meet operational needs
What You Bring
- 1+ year of mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of bearings, belts, chains, and gears
- Ability to read and understand manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills for logging maintenance tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in converting or flexographic printing
- Machining or fabrication experience
- Electromechanical degree or related education
- Valid Driver’s License
