Woodbury Auto Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Mechanic to join our team. We specialize in rebuilding and repairing our vehicles. We are looking for a dependable, skilled technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and can diagnose and repair complex automotive issues.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
- Inspect vehicles and determine necessary repairs.
- Repair or replace engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, steering, and electrical components.
- Diagnose wiring, electronic modules, sensors, and electrical failures.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all shop safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience using diagnostic scan tools and repair equipment.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work in a shop environment.
- ASE Certification is a plus but not required.
