We are seeking an experienced, Line/Prep Cooks for a high-volume, 138-seat restaurant in Hermosa Beach. This role is ideal for a team member who thrives on the line, leads by example, and takes full ownership of food quality, and doesn't mind stepping into other roles as needed. Candidates must share our commitment to quality, craftsmanship, creativity, and authenticity.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Consolidating walk in (FIFO)
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work efficiently during busy service hours
- Follow all established protocols in kitchen
Qualifications:
- Previous Line Cook/Prep experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness, details and time management
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays), with night availability preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
