Overview
Complete Roofing & Remodeling is looking for an organized, motivated Project Manager to join our growing team. This role works closely with our sales representatives and subcontractors to ensure roofing and remodeling projects run smoothly from start to finish.
The ideal candidate has extensive residential roofing knowledge, strong communication skills, and is comfortable using computers and project management systems. If you enjoy coordinating projects, working with people, and keeping jobs moving on schedule, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors after projects are sold
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth project handoffs
- Manage residential roofing projects from start to completion
- Communicate with homeowners throughout the project process
- Ensure materials, crews, and timelines are properly organized
- Monitor job progress and address issues quickly
- Maintain accurate records, schedules, and project updates in company systems
- Conduct job site visits as needed to ensure quality and progress
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet company standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years in a leadership role
- Experience with residential installation is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and email daily
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work closely with subcontractors and internal teams
- Ability to handle multiple projects and responsibilities daily
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
