As Assistant Director of Nursing, you will assist the DON run day-to-day clinical operations while making sure care quality, compliance, and staffing all stay on track.

What you'll do:

Supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training.
- Provide coaching, performance management, and discipline.

Oversee daily nursing care delivery across all units.
- Ensure care plans are implemented and updated appropriately.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition.
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Address and resolve clinical issues such as falls, wounds, and infections.

Help manage staffing schedules and coverage.

What we're looking for:

Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing and currently licensed in Utah

Minimumone yearof successful nursing experience in a skilled nursing/long-term care facility

Genuine loveconcern for the geriatric population!

Extraordinary attention-to-detail, capable of directing other people and managing schedules

Excellent communication skills, expert at working cooperatively as a member of team

Flexible and decisive, responding quickly in high-pressure situations and completing work in a timely, accurate manner

Solid basic computer skills
