We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations to determine physical therapy needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions such as manual handling techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to promote healing and mobility.
- Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on health education topics related to injury prevention, recovery processes, and ongoing self-care practices.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, including detailed reports on patient conditions and treatment outcomes using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols by practicing basic life support (BLS), CPR, blood sampling procedures, and proper manual handling techniques during therapy sessions.
- Report patient conditions clearly and promptly to medical staff, ensuring seamless communication within the healthcare environment.
Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, diagnostic radiology reports, and medical documentation standards.
- Demonstrated proficiency in EMR/EHR management for accurate record-keeping and data entry.
- Excellent client communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient service delivery.
