Retail Bakery Team Member
- This position is for a candidate that is able to work in a high paced environment with a team as well as being able to work independently.
- We're looking for a highly motivated individual who can keep themselves busy without constant supervision.

We are seeking individuals with a passion for excellent customer service, a fast paced work ethic, and desire to deliver quality goods to our customers. As a Retail Bakery Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering a unique and delicious experience to our customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist customers by fulfilling orders made at the bakery case
- Answer phone calls and take down various order requests
- Keeping your workstation clean and following proper cleaning procedures
- Packing and labeling various baked goods for the sales floor
- Keeping yourself busy during slower times
- Give consistent and high quality customer service
- If 18 or older, assist in the baking of various goods sold in store
Job Requirements:
- If 18 or older, have the ability to safely use baking equipment
- Be comfortable with working quickly in a faced paced environment
- Be able to keep busy during slower moments
- Have a positive and service oriented attitude
- Be neat, organized and have attention to detail
- Collaborate with team members to meet goals and maintain quality.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to food handling, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Possess basic knife handling skills
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in customer service or a retail position preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience in food service not required, but is a plus.
- Ability to work weekends is a requirement.
Pay: $16.94 - $18.00 per hour
