Job Title: Cheer Coach (Part‑Time)
Location: 755 N 114th Ave, Avondale, AZ 85323
Program Duration: repeated year‑round
Hours: 2–4 hours per week (plus occasional weekend events)
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead Level 1 competitive cheer practices
- Teach foundational skills in stunting, motions, jumps, tumbling, and dance
- Create and clean routine choreography appropriate for Level 1 competition standards
- Provide weekly progress updates to program leadership
- Encourage athlete growth, confidence, and teamwork
- Maintain organized, productive, and structured practices

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in cheerleading (All-Star, school, or competitive programs preferred)
- Ability to coach Level 1 skills and progressions safely and effectively
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for working with youth athletes in a development-focused program
- Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
