What You'll Do

Monitors AM and PM runs to ensure that each vehicle assigned is occupied, notifying the Operation Manager if a driver does not report to work on time or at all.

Drives any route necessary in the absence of a permanent or substitute driver, or in the absence of available regular drivers, for field trips

Knows the routes of the assigned drivers
- Monitors and evaluates the assigned drivers pre- and post-trip inspections. Bus cleaning, and parking

Covers assignments, as needed. Assignments include routes, field trips or other duties related to transportation. These assignments may be changed on a daily basis.
- Assist in the Transportation Office as needed. Report to and drive out of various locations

Transporting all passengers to their destinations safely and on time.

Ensuring the safety of all passengers.

Operating motorized lift (will provide training).

Maintaining safe and clean vehicle conditions.

Providing excellent customer service.

Communicating effectively with staff and passengers.

Remaining professional and respectful to our clients of all ages, gender and race.

Understand and follow driving laws, ordinances, and regulations.
Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Must have a clean and active driving record.

Ability to pass a DOT drug test, DOT physical exam, and a criminal background check.

Excellent customer service skills.
