We are hiring a Lead Instructor in Keller to support instructional excellence and provide leadership within our Mathnasium Learning Center. This Lead Instructor role is ideal for experienced instructors, tutors, or educators who are ready to step into a leadership position while continuing to work directly with students.
The Lead Instructor plays a critical role in ensuring a high-quality, consistent, and engaging experience for students, while also coaching and supporting the instructional team.
As a Lead Instructor, you will manage the classroom during instructional hours, coach and develop instructors, and ensure students receive effective and engaging math instruction using the Mathnasium Method. You will serve as Manager on Duty and support the Center Director in delivering strong operational and instructional performance.
This role blends instructional leadership, classroom management, and customer experience.

This is a part-time Lead Instructor role.
Typical schedule includes:

Monday–Thursday: afternoons and evenings (approximately 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM)

Saturday: approximately 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Lead Instructors typically work 20–25 hours per week, depending on center needs.
