Position Summary:
The main objective of the Admissions Specialist is to streamline the admissions procedure for prospective clients to ensure optimal facility occupancy. This will be achieved by fostering positive rapport with clients, referring parties, and Managed Care Organizations (MCOs).

RESPONSIBLITIES

Successfully manages the coordination of new client admissions and referrals from hospitals, detox facilities, correctional facilities, and other institutions by liaising with the relevant nursing, clinical, or law enforcement teams, ensuring a seamless transition to and from Triumph services.

Receive and proficiently oversee sensitive client data, guaranteeing the precision of the Electronic Health Record (EHR), adhering to HIPAA regulations, as well as Triumph’s policies and procedures, whether sourced internally or externally to the agency.

Facilitate clear communication with the residential team to ensure client’s seamless transition into treatment

Speak to community groups as requested by executive management (through on-site tours, phone calls, or other actions) to enhance awareness of the programs, their objectives, and achievements.

When required, facilitate client placement at other Behavioral Health Providers, including detox units, methadone, and suboxone providers.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience:
A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience is required
Preference may be given to candidates with experience in Substance Use Disorder
