Join Our Team as a Heavy Equipment Excavation Operator
Are you an experienced excavation operator with a steady hand and a passion for working with powerful machinery? We’re hiring Heavy Equipment Operators to join our dedicated excavation team. You’ll be an essential part of the crew, handling everything from site prep and trenching to foundation digs that bring our projects to life.

What You’ll Do:
· Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, backhoes, and trenchers with accuracy and efficiency
· Handle trenching, grading, and digging tasks based on job plans and specifications
· Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance issues
· Maintain high safety standards while working on active construction sites
· Communicate and coordinate with site supervisors and crew members to keep projects on track
What You Bring:
· 2+ years of hands-on experience operating excavation equipment
· Solid knowledge of excavation methods, site layouts, and soil conditions
· Familiarity with underground utilities and safe digging practices
· 2A hoisting license
· OSHA 10/30 or other relevant safety certifications preferred
· Dependable, safety-focused, and a strong team player
