Position Summary

This is a hands-on position assisting with every aspect of craft spirit production, bottling, warehousing, and maintaining our distillery.
Responsibilities
- Assist with mashing, fermenting, distilling, and proofing spirits.
- Fill, label, cork, and package bottles.
- Prepare barrels for filling and assist with barrel aging operations.
- Clean and sanitize fermentation tanks, stills, hoses, pumps, and production equipment.
- Move grain, barrels, cases, and other materials throughout the facility.
- Maintain production records and inventory.
- Help prepare customer orders and deliveries.
- Assist in developing new whiskey products and experimental batches.
- Keep the distillery clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
- Support tasting room operations when needed.
What We're Looking For
- A passion for whiskey, bourbon, and craft spirits.
- Strong technical ability
- Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot equipment.
- Comfortable lifting 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Able to work on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Dependable with a solid work ethic.
- Willingness to learn every aspect of craft distilling.
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required.

- Warehouse or production work
No distilling experience? That's okay. If you've got the drive to learn and the work ethic to match, we'll teach you the rest. Fresh out of college and looking for a dynamic career and a company to grow with, this could be it.
What You'll Learn
You'll gain experience in every step of craft whiskey production, including:
- Grain selection
- Mashing and fermentation
- Distillation

- Blending and finishing

- Quality control
- Distillery operations
This isn't an assembly-line job. You'll become part of the entire process.
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 75 lbs.
- Stand, bend, and climb throughout the workday.
- Work in hot, cold, wet, and noisy environments.
- Safely operate pumps, hoses, hand tools, and production equipment.
