Number of openings: 1 Fulltime year round
Location: C Line – Old's Plant
Working Shift: Night Shift
Hours & Workdays: 4:00 pm – 12:30 pm, Monday - Friday; May vary depending on production.
These positions will require a pre-employment drug test.
Duties:
- Assist the supervisor implement Stemilt standards throughout the line.
- Supervisor about 30 employees

Be a team leader and motivate the line.
- Adjust line speed.

Monitoring cost per box.

Ensure tickets in are cleared.

Monitor quality of production.

Other duties may encompass other than the duties listed.

Must have knowledge of fruit grades/sizes, varieties, machinery and supplies.
- Must be able to stand for 8 to 10 hours minimum.

Must have flexible schedule and be able to work some weekends.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Must have the ability to train new hires in job functions.
- Must be able to make quick informative decisions during periods of high pressure.
- Must be detail oriented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have knowledge of pack schedules.
- Be able to do repetitive work while paying attention to detail.
- Must have basic computer skills.
