A growing hospitality and wellness organization in the Pocono Mountains is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join its leadership team. Position Summary
The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources operations for a hospitality and wellness facility with approximately 100 employees. This individual will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, policy development, performance management, compliance, training, and workforce planning.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping organizations grow while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of Human Resources experience
- Experience in hospitality, wellness, healthcare, tourism, restaurant, or service-based industries preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Experience with recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee development
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary of $100,000
