We are currently seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team.

- Must hold a current Washington State Physical Therapist Assistant license.
- Enthusiastic about working with diverse patient populations, including injured workers.
- Comfortable working under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to provide direct patient care using sound clinical judgment and skill.
- Demonstrates strong communication skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to positively impact patients’ lives.
- Possesses excellent time management and documentation skills, with a commitment to professional, ethical, and legal standards of practice.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the physical therapist in providing treatment to patients with various conditions and injuries
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities under the direction of the physical therapist
- Monitor and document patient progress during treatment sessions
- Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities
- Assist with patient transfers and mobility as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area
Experience:
- Previous experience as a physical therapist assistant preferred
- Knowledge of occupational health practices and protocols
- Familiarity with therapeutic exercises and modalities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
